Thomas Hodges (Composer/Keyboard) Thomas' most recent compositions include: Underground: A Musical Revue, A Midsummer Night's Dream, and Patricia Loughrey's Dear Harvey, for which he received a Patte Award as well as an award from The Kennedy Center. He is currently developing a musical adaptation of Oscar Wilde's The Picture of Dorian Gray, commissioned by Diversionary Theatre.  His other compositions as a student at San Diego State include: Tom and Huck and Jim, The Glass Menagerie, The Jungle Book, and The Good Person of Szechwan. His first album, West Coast Laments, is available on iTunes.  Thomas is currently the musical director for And Then I Wrote A Song About Itwhich was presented at the "Bound for Broadway" event in New York City last year. He will receive his BA in Theatre Performance from SDSU this May.


Jessica Ordon (Dramaturg) is a first year student in the MA Theatre Arts program at San Diego State. A graduate of Florida State University with a BA in Theatre, Jessica has also been an assistant dramaturg for A Dram of Drummhicit (La Jolla Playhouse), Milk Like Sugar (La Jolla Playhouse), and When We Go Upon the Sea (InterAct Theatre Company). She is very pleased to be working on Vinegar Tom, her first production at SDSU. Jessica is thankful to her boyfriend and her fellow graduate students for their continual support, and would like to congratulate the cast and crew of Vinegar Tom on their hard work.   


James Ramirez (Assistant Stage Manager) began his theatre career at MVHS in the production of Christmas Carol. He continued at MSJC Menifee Lab Theatre where he acted and did technical work for such shows as Dark of the Moon (Mr. Summey), The Cherry Orchard, Little Shop of Horrors, and The Real Inspector Hound. He has worked with the Temecula Valley Players on their productions of To Kill a Mockingbird (Reverend Sykes), and Jesus Christ Superstar (Bartholomew). He has also stage managed for TVP’s productions of The Miracle Worker and Sylvia. James entered SDSU this past fall and has been involved in technical work for The Boy Friend and Zanna Don’t.
